~ You will need ~
Tube of your choice. I used a cute Dean Yeagle tube purchased from CILM.
Paint Shop Pro, a 30 day trial can be downloaded here.
The mask, bow, silver chain and silver snowflake. here.
VDL Adrenaline/ Snowflakes here.

You can hit the stop button in your browser if the snow storm gets on your nerves. lol!

Drag script from Dynamic Drive

Let's get started ...

Open a new image 500 x 500, background color white.

Layers/New Raster layer. Name it snow 1.

Flood fill this layer with #c2c4d4.

Layers / Load/Save Mask / Load Mask From Disk. Find Mask 058 and use these settings ..

In your Layer Palette right click on the Group - snow 1 layer and go to Merge / Merge Group.

Layers / Duplicate and repeat again so you have 2 copies of group - snow 1. Rename them snow 2 and snow 3.

Hide layers snow 2 and 3 and activate the group - snow 1 layer.

Effects/Plugins/VDL Adrenaline/ Snowflakes and use these settings ...

Unhide and activate the Snow 2 layer.

Effects/Plugins/VDL Adrenaline/ Snowflakes same settings but change the random seed to 500.

In your materials palette change your foreground color to #535984 and your background color to white.
Click on your canvas and type in a lower case r.

Click on your canvas to apply the text.
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow. Vertical and horizontal 2, opacity 35, blur 5 and color black.
Open the bow element. I left it in layers in case you need to colorize the bow to match your tube.
You can colorize it by picking a color with the dropper tool then opening the materials palette to find the hue and
saturation values of that color. Go to Adjust/Hue and Saturation/Colorize and put in the numbers there.
Once you're done right click on the tube title bar and "copy merged". Go to your working canvas and go to Edit/Paste
as a new layer. Position the bow and add the same drop shadow as your text.
Add any necessary copyright information and your watermark.

Let's animate the tag now.
All layers should be turned on except snow 2, snow 3, snowflake 2 and snowflake 3.
Edit/Copy Merged.
Open Animation Shop. Go to Edit/Paste/as new animation.
Go back to PSP and turn off snow 1 and snowflake 1. Turn on snow 2 and snowflake 2.
Edit/Copy Merged.
Back to Animation Shop. Right click on frame 1 and click on Paste/ After current frame.
Go back to PSP and turn off snow 2 and snowflake 2. Turn on snow 3 and snowflake 3.
Edit/Copy Merged.
Back to Animation Shop. Right click on frame 2 and click on Paste/ After current frame.
Go to Edit/Select All. Animation/Frame Properties and type in 18.
Click on the "View Animation" button to view the tag.
File/Save as and give your tag a name. Click on "Next" for the next 3 windows then on "finish".
You can save your .psp file for reuse and not have to merge your layers.
