~ You will need ~
Tube of your choice. I used a cute Dean Yeagle tube purchased from CILM.
Paint Shop Pro, a 30 day trial can be downloaded here.
The mask, bow, silver chain and silver snowflake.
VDL Adrenaline/ Snowflakes here.
Xenoflex 2/Constellation here.
I have included an alternate method using dsb flux/ bright noise. Download that filter here.
There is an example of the tag using bright noise at the bottom of the page.
Fonts used "WW
Flakes" here. "Jayne Print" here.
Open the fonts and minimize them, extract the mask to your mask folder, open the the bow, chain
tube in PSP
and extract the VDL Adrenaline, dsb flux and Xenoflex 2 filter to your plugins folder.
You can hit the stop button in your browser if the snow storm gets on your nerves. lol!

Flood fill this layer with #c2c4d4.
Layers / Load/Save Mask / Load Mask From Disk. Find Mask 058 and use these settings ..
In your Layer Palette right click on the Group - snow 1 layer and go to Merge / Merge Group.
Layers / Duplicate and repeat again so you have 2 copies of group - snow 1. Rename them snow 2 and snow 3.

saturation values of that color. Go to Adjust/Hue and Saturation/Colorize and put in the numbers there.
Once you're done right click on the tube title bar and "copy merged". Go to your working canvas and go to Edit/Paste
as a new layer. Position the bow and add the same drop shadow as your text.
Add any necessary copyright information and your watermark.
Let's animate the tag now.
All layers should be turned on except snow 2, snow 3, snowflake 2 and snowflake 3.
Open Animation Shop. Go to Edit/Paste/as new animation.
Go back to PSP and turn off snow 1 and snowflake 1. Turn on snow 2 and snowflake 2.
