This tutorial was written using PSP10, but can be done in versions 8 and 9.
Before you get started be sure to take a peek at Diana's results from the tutorial here, they are adorable!

~ You will need ~
Paint Shop Pro
with a 30 day free trial.
**Optional filter**
Xenoflex 2
This filter will be used for crumpling the papers but is optional. Click on "demos" for a free 30 day fully functional trial.

The tube I used is by Joel Adams. You can buy his artwork from CILM here.
Fonts
WM Designs 1 here.
Pharmacy here.
Open the fonts and minimize them to your desktop so they will be available in PSP.

Feel free to use a different tube and we will colorize the papers and elements to match.
If you need to colorize, go to the materials palette, click on the color you've chosen to match your
tube and look in the materials properties window to find the Hue and Saturation numbers.



Then click on the paper or element and go to Adjust/Hue and Saturation and add those values to recolor.


You can drag this pointer as you go to keep track of your place in the tutorial.

Let's get started ...

Open a new canvas 650 X 650, background color white, #FFFFFF.

Open the "scrappinpinkpapers_bunnysatticdotcom.psp".
In the Layer palette click on "dark pink blotted_gh" or any paper of your choice.
Edit/Copy. Back to your white canvas Edit/Paste as new layer.
Image/Resize 70%, "resize all layers" unchecked.
Image/Free Rotate/Left/Free/15, "All layers" unchecked.
Adjust/Sharpness/Unsharp Mask with these settings ..
Radius 10, Strength 36, Clipping 0.
If you are using Xenoflex 2/Crumple here are the settings I used ....
Crumple size 30
Crumple force 25
check "Distort Image"
uncheck "Seamless Tile"
Direction 135
Inclination 60
Highlight Brightness 20
Highlight Size 20
Highlight Color White
Light Boost 35
Random Seed 1
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow with these settings ..
Vertical 2 Horizontal 2 Opacity 40 Blur 10. Repeat the drop shadow reversing the V & H to -2.


Back to your scrap papers and choose another paper. (I used "pink flowers on lime_gh")
Edit/Copy. Back to your white canvas Edit/Paste as new layer.
Image/Resize 70%, "resize all layers" unchecked.
Image/Free Rotate/Right/Free/15.00. "All layers" unchecked.
Adjust/Sharpness/Unsharp Mask with these settings ..
Radius 10, Strength 36, Clipping 0.
Repeat the Xenoflex 2/Crumple effect, same settings.
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow with these settings ..
Vertical -2 Horizontal -2 Opacity 40 Blur 10. Repeat the drop shadow reversing the V & H to 2.

Copy and paste another one of the papers (I used "vertical stripe_gh") as new layer on your white canvas.
Image/Resize 70%, "resize all layers" unchecked.
Repeat the Xenoflex 2/Crumple effect, same settings.
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow with these settings ..
Vertical 2 Horizontal 6 Opacity 40 Blur 10. Repeat the drop shadow reversing the V & H to -2.
Arrange the papers around to your liking ...

Open your elements kit.
You will see a completed frame for those that don't need to colorize. You can Edit/Copy the "frame complete" layer then go back to your tag and Edit/Paste as a new layer.
**For those that want to colorize I have left a lace frame, beaded frame and rose corners on separate layers.
After you have finished colorizing the beaded frame and rose corners (leave the lace frame white) go to Edit/Copy then Edit/Paste as a new layer onto your working image. Paste all 3 elements and position them like below ..


Click on the lace frame layer.
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow with these settings ..
Vertical -2 Horizontal -2 Opacity 40 Blur 4.

Now open your tube and paste it as a new layer. Move the tube to the left.
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow with these settings ..
Vertical -2, Horizontal -2, Opacity 40, Blur 10. Repeat the drop shadow reversing the V & H to 2.
Here's what you should have so far ...

Click on your Text tool and use these settings ...



Click on your image and type a lower case i. With your Text entry window open go to the materials palette. For my tag the foreground color was #aec262 and the background color #e35891. You'll need to choose your own colors if you are using a different tube.
Click Apply and move the shape down to the bottom of the lace frame.
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow with these settings ..
Vertical 1, Horizontal 1, Opacity 40, Blur 2.

Click on your Text tool again and change the font to Pharmacy and the size to 72, all the other settings are the same ...
You may have to adjust the font size depending on your name.
Click on your canvas and type in your name, click Apply.
Apply the same drop shadow.


Let's add the vines now.
Open your elements again and click on the vine1 layer. Edit/Copy.
Back to your tag, Edit/Paste as a new layer.
Image/Resize/80%/Resize all layers unchecked.
Move the vine over to the left and down a bit.
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow with these settings ..
Vertical 2, Horizontal 2, Opacity 40, Blur 5.
Using the Freehand selection tool, Feather 1 and Anti-alias checked select the
two areas shown below and delete them to make the vine appear to twist around her leg.
You may want to zoom in and lower the opacity of the vine layer for this step.

Open your elements kit again, click on the vine2 layer. Edit/Copy.
Back to your tag and Edit/Paste as a new layer.
Image/Resize/80%/Resize all layers unchecked.
Move it up and to the right a bit.
Drag this layer below your lace frame layer.
Add the same drop shadow as before.


Add your copyright info and your watermark.
Keep a copy of your tag with the layers intact then save as a jpg.
