This tutorial was written for PSP10, but can be done in versions 8 and 9.
I hope you enjoy doing this tutorial. It's fairly easy, you will be doing a lot of copying and pasting.

Have the the supplies open in PSP.
The font I used is called "SA Cacti". You can find it and many other great fonts at Scrappin Fun.
You can find the font on page 3.
You will need your own photo, a black and white one looks great!

You can drag this pointer as you go to keep track of your place in the tutorial.

Let's get started ...
Open a new canvas 600 x 600 pixels, raster background, color white. Save it as heartfull.psp, this will be our working canvas.
I'll tell you which papers I used for the tag but feel free to chose your own.
1.
Open "HeartFull_Paper6_gh.jpg" and go to Edit/Copy. Go back to your working canvas, Edit/Paste as New Layer.
Image/Resize 70%, bicubic, all layers unchecked.
Image/Free Rotate/ Right, Free 9%, all layers unchecked

Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow
Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 50, Blur 5 and Color Black.
Repeat the settings but change the Vertical and Horizontal to -2.

2.
Open "HeartFull_Paper3_gh.jpg" and go to Edit/Copy. Go back to your working canvas, Edit/Paste as New Layer.
Image/Resize 70%, bicubic, all layers unchecked.
Image/Free Rotate/ Left, Free 9%, all layers unchecked
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow
Vertical and Horizontal -2, Opacity 50, Blur 5 and Color Black.
Repeat the settings but change the Vertical and Horizontal to 2.

3.
Open "HeartFull_Paper2_gh.jpg" and go to Edit/Copy. Go back to your working canvas, Edit/Paste as New Layer.
Image/Resize 70%, bicubic, all layers unchecked.
Image/Free Rotate/ Right, Free 9%, all layers unchecked
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow
Vertical and Horizontal -2, Opacity 50, Blur 5 and Color Black.
Repeat the settings but change the Vertical and Horizontal to 2.
Rearrange your papers like below or feel free to do your own thing.


4.
Open "HeartFull_pictureframes_gh.psp". There are two layers and the picture frame backer layer should be highlighted. Go to Edit/Copy. Go back to your working canvas, Edit/Paste as New Layer.

Go back to the tube and highlight the top layer, the white frame. Go to Edit/Copy.
Go back to your working canvas, Edit/Paste as New Layer.

Open the image you are going to use for the photo. In order for it to fit under the frame it will have to be resized to 335 x 315. Go to
Edit/Copy then back to your working image. In the Layer palette click on Raster 4, this should be the picture frame backer.
Edit/Paste as New Layer. Click on Raster 5, the white picture frame. Right click on the layer and go to Merge/Merge Down.
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow
Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 50, Blur 10 and Color Black.
Repeat the settings but change the Vertical and Horizontal to -2.

7.
Open "HeartFull_vellumoverlay_gh.psp" and go to Edit/Copy. Go back to your working canvas, Edit/Paste as New Layer.
Image/Resize 70%, bicubic, all layers unchecked.
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow
Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 50, Blur 5 and Color Black.
Move the overlay down so it's across the bottom of the photo.
8.
Open "HeartFull_RedRibbonTails_gh.psp" and go to Edit/Copy. Go back to your working canvas, Edit/Paste as New Layer.
Move the ribbons down so the tops line up with the rivets in the overly.
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow
Vertical and Horizontal 1, Opacity 30, Blur 2 and Color Black.


9.
Open "HeartFull_spiralpaperclip_gh.psp" and go to Edit/Copy. Go back to your working canvas, Edit/Paste as New Layer.
Move the paper clip up so it sits at the top left of the photo.
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow
Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 50, Blur 5 and Color Black.
Repeat the drop shadow but change the Vertical and Horizontal to -2.

10.
Open "HeartFull_bow2_gh.psp". There are 2 to chose from, I used bow 2.
Highlight the layer of the bow you want to use and go to Edit/Copy. Go back to your working canvas, Edit/Paste as New Layer.
Image/Free Rotate. Left, 30 degrees, all layers unchecked.
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow
Vertical and Horizontal -2, Opacity 50, Blur 5 and Color Black.
Repeat the drop shadow but change the Vertical and Horizontal to 2.
Move the bow to the top left corner of the photo.

11.
Click on your Text Tool and use these settings ....

In your Materials palette make your Background color black. Click on the canvas to apply your text.
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow ....
Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 50, Blur 4 and Color Black.
Move the text so it's centered on the overlay.

12.
Open "HeartFull_Stickpin_gh.psp" and go to Edit/Copy. Go back to your working canvas, Edit/Paste as New Layer.
Image/Resize 60%, all layers unchecked. Image/Rotate Right, 9%. Move the stickpin to the right edge of the photo.
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow ...
Vertical and Horizontal 2, Opacity 50, Blur 3 and Color Black.
Save your working image as a .psp file so you can use it again with the layers intact. You can always delete the photo
and make something new without all the work. Window/Duplicate. Layers/Merge/Merge All (flatten) and save as a .jpg.
