Paint Shop Pro
Eye Candy 3 or Eye Candy 4000
Fantastic Machine's Paint Engine.

***When installing Paint Engine there is a file that needs to be copied into your
Windows directory for the "presets" to work. Make sure Paint Shop is closed
when you do this. In the zip, select the "fmachine.ini" file and extract it to
C:/WINDOWS. Then open Paint Shop and you should see your presets
when you use Paint Engine.***

Lets get started! =)

First begin by opening a new 500 x 200 transparent canvas.
Using your Selection tool, settings of ..
Selection type "Ellipse", Mode "Replace", Feather "0", Antialias, "checked",
start at the center of your image and draw a large ellipse.

While still selected click on your Flood Fill tool and fill your image with
your rug color. I used #6347DB. Go to Selections/Select None.
