This tutorial was written using PSP10, but can be done in versions 8 and 9.
I have included lots of instructions and screen shots with the hope that anyone can do this tutorial.
If you are more advanced, feel free to move ahead at your own pace !
My dear friend, Diana tested the tut for me and her awesome results are here.

~ You will need ~
Paint Shop Pro 10, a 30 day trial can be downloaded here.

My "Blue Note" freebie scrapbook kit here.
Extract "gh_bluenotemask" to your My PSP Files/Masks. Have the rest of the supplies open in PSP.
Font I used is called Type Keys and can be found at DaFont here. We will be using Type Keys Filled, so have that one
opened and minimized on your desktop.
Tube and font of your choice.
I used a purchased tube from AMI. The talented artist is Suzanne Woolcott.
Go to the main page http://www.artisticmindsinc.com/  look in the middle table to find the "galleries" menu then click on "Mixed Media". On that page you'll find the list of the artists offered there. You'll find Suzanne Woolcott listed and you'll need to click on the number hyper-links to find her tubes.
You can use a tube or a photo, it's up to you. You may also want to colorize the papers and elements to go with your tube or photo.
To "Colorize" use your Dropper tool to pick a color from your tube or photo. In the Materials Palette click on the color properties window.
Look for the Hue and Saturation numbers for that color. They will be listed as H: and S: write the numbers down and go to Adjust/Hue and Saturation/ Colorize and type in the hue and saturation numbers for the color you want to use.

You can drag this pointer as you go to keep track of your place in the tutorial.
Drag script from Dynamic Drive
