This tutorial was written for PSP7 but can be done in earlier versions too.

For this tutorial you will need ~

Paint Shop Pro

Eye Candy 4000

My Presets for EC 4000 and Paint Shop Pro Inner Bevel
*Instructions for installing are in the zip file*

Start by opening new image a 380X380 Tranparent image.
Flood fill flood fill tool with "#172459"

Go to Effects/ Plugins/ Eye Candy 4000/ Weave and click on Settings.
In the drop down menu select "Blue and White Teapot bg_gh" and click OK.
Your image should look like this now. It has been resized so it will look smaller than your image, but you get the idea! =)

At this point you will need to add a new Raster layer (Layers/New Raster Layer) and build your *scene*. Put in your teapot and whatever "extras"
you have choosen to use, adding a new layer for each item so you can
move them around as needed. When you have finished with your scene go to
Layers/Merge/Merge Visible and continue with the steps below to complete the frame.

Change your background color in the Color Palette to white.
Go to Image/Add Borders and add a white 10 pixel symmetric border.
Select the white border with your magic wand magic wand tolerance 0, feather 0.
Flood fill flood fill with "#172459"

"Invert" your selection by going to Selections/Invert
then Selections/Float.
Go to Effects/3D Effects/Cutout
and apply this cutout......
Vertical 1, Horizontal 1
Opacity 100, Blur 25
repeat the cutout....
Vertical -1, Horizontal -1
Opacity 100, Blur 25
keep selected

Go to Selections/Invert. Your border should be selected now.
Go to Effects/Plugins/Eye Candy 4000/Weave and go to Settings,
and choose Blue and White teapot frame_gh from the drop down menu,
click OK and do not deselect yet.
Here's what you should have now....
( of course yours will have something inside the frame )

Go to Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel and find the
" Blue and White teapot frame" in the presets drop down menu.

Select it and click OK. Now you can deselect!

And that's it!
