Eye Candy 4000
This filter is no longer available on the AlienSkin web site. You can download Eye Candy 3 free version here which
has a demo of Eye Candy 4000. It has the "Glass" and two other great effects.
A work around in PSP for the "Weave" effect, not included in the demo, is provided below.

Download the zip with all the supplies here.

Extract "Teapot_gh" to Eye Candy 4000/Eye Candy 4000 Settings/ Glass.

If you haven't already, you will need to create a Selection folder in My Documents.
You should make a new sub folder called "Blue and White Teapot" and extract the selection files

"teapot_gh.sel" and "teapothandle_gh.sel" to this folder.
Then in PSP and go to File/Preferences/File Locations. Find "Selections"
in the menu on the left and hi-light it. In the right panel click on "Add" then "Browse".
Browse to My Documents/Selection folders/Blue and White teapot. Put a check mark in the
"Scan Subfolders" and "Enable Directory".

Open the fonts "Japanese Designs" and "Butterflips" and minimize them on your desktop

Right click on Vector 1 layer and Convert to a Raster.

Hold your Control key down while you pull the bottom right node over until the bottom
lines up with the outside edge of the butterflies like in the screen shot below.

Right click on Vector 1 and Convert to a Raster.

6.
Now we will add the top decoration. Click on your Text Tool, same settings but change the size to 72.
